i stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking the water! it was spacious and well-equipped. the hotel location was great! it was right at the heart of the town with easy access to everything.
it was hard to park there even for a couple of minutes to unload luggage! the bathroom window was leaking from rain, so there was a huge puddle there. the room was very cold, too.

The hotel location were perfect, nearby of main attractions. The staff always has a friendly attitude, especially when I request something. The room also had a great climate control system. It allows for a comfortable stay. This hotel offers a nice experience. I will come back in future.
The bathroom size in my room felt rather small for a hotel. It makes movements restricted.

Breakfast had fresh fruit and many pastries. This was a good start to each days. I also found that breakfast had cereals too. This provides choice.

Wi-fi access are great. I am able to maintain good connection. The location is opposite the Palais. This helps with easy access. The railway station are less than five minutes away. This helps traveling.

The room included a kettle and coffee machine. It was helpful for simple refreshments. A TV ensures I were entertained. Rooms comes with a city view. This was beautiful.

work was in progress next to the hotel, it was noisy. they started at 5:00 am. the bathroom was narrow, it had split faucets for sink and bathtub.

the location proved convenient. i could easily walk to shops and restaurants. the included breakfast featured fresh fruit and pastries. the reception staff was friendly (a nice touch).
the bathroom was somewhat small.

The breakfast area offered prosecco and a selection of natural yogurts. The breakfast had a lot of variety, a really great touch to start the day with a smile. the serving dishes and plates looked really amazing and made everything more pleasant.

my room included a kettle and coffee machine. a tv and reliable wi-fi were available in the room. the cleanliness of my room was noticeable, and i valued that greatly. the room was well-kept, everything was very functional.

the reception staff members were very helpful. they provided assistance and information when requested. the staff seemed well educated. the whole team was very gentle (i found that amazing and rare nowadays).

the hotel provided easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. the train station was only a short walk away (less than five minutes). taxis and ubers were readily accessible, a big plus for someone who isn't driving. the surroundings were very nice.
